Warranty Policy

Limited Product Warranty

All AWOL products manufactured by American Way of Life LLC with an exclusion of clearance, closeout and discontinued items are covered by a 90-day limited product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase (Warranty Period). This limited warranty ONLY covers these American Way of Life products purchased through American Way of Life LLC directly. This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original purchaser of the applicable American Way of Life products. The limited warranty does not extend to or otherwise apply to any non-American Way of Life product, even if it's sold within American Way of Life store.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the normal use of the covered American Way of Life Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with the written use instructions provided with the American Way of Life Product. This limited warranty does not apply to damage to the American Way of Life Product caused by accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, use for any purpose other than its intended purpose, acts of God, or any alteration or modification of the American Way of Life Product. Please note that any unauthorized attempt to repair the defective item will hinder our ability to exam the real defects and will VOID your product warranty.

Sole and Exclusive Remedy

Under this limited warranty, American Way of Life LLC reserves the right to inspect product to determine validity of buyer’s claim, and American Way of Life LLC in its sole discretion, shall have the option of repairing or replacing the defective AWOL product. American Way of Life LLC reserves the right to send you a replacement that is the same or of a similar style to the AWOL product you returned under the limited warranty or a substitute equivalent to your original AWOL product that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement AWOL products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement or repaired AWOL products are warranted as above only for the remainder of the original applicable warranty period.

Obtaining Warranty Service

Proof of purchase is required for warranty validation and service. Please use the "Contact Us" link in our website to send us a detail description of the problem with your order number and payment information. We will provide you a RMA number (which is valid for 15 days ) and return instructions upon our validation of your information. Due to our inability to match your purchase with the returned item, returning an American Way of Life product without a valid RMA number and an invoice waives all of American Way of Life's responsibilities under the limited warranty, even if a proof of delivery is available.

We recommend you to use an insured carrier service with a tracking number to avoid losing the package. If you choose not to use a track-able shipping method, you understand and acknowledge that you will lose any applicable remedy you would have received under the limited warranty if your returned item is not received by American Way of Life LLC. Please note that American Way of Life LLC cannot be held liable, in any manner, for damages to your personal property resulting from any misuse or improper care and maintenance of the American Way of Life products.

Warranties Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly set forth above in the limited product warranty section under our "Warranty Policy", each American Way of Life product is provided solely on an "As Is" or "As Available" basis and American Way of Life LLC makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, American Way of Life LLC specifically disclaims and excludes any and all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event, under any cause of action of theory of liability, shall American Way of Life LLC be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of the use of or inability to use any American Way of Life product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the American Way of Life product, or loss of use of the American Way of Life product, even if American Way of Life LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

American Way of Life LLC reserves the right to discontinue product, or make changes to, at any time without notice, product design, color, material, and specifications without any obligation to incorporate new features or modifications in previously sold products.
